Where to Find Primed Dagger

• Purchased from Heddlon Surespell in Caer Cyflen for 33 .
• Your status with the Arcaneum must be "Alliance" for this item to be available for purchase.
• Looted from various chests. One can be found at the Tower of Magic during the Explore the Ruined Tower Quest, upon first discovering the current of Magic at the excavation site. Climb the rock area after interacting with the boulder ahead and letting the magic current raise it. Cross the gap and climb the rock formation then you are able to cross the broken pillar above and reach a hidden chest that will contain a Primed Dagger.
