Wisdom Saving Throw in Solasta: Crown of the Magister is a Saving Throw based on Wisdom ability. Saving Throws are talents that determine how proficient a character is at resisting different threats.

Wisdom Saving Throw Information

• Main Attribute: Wisdom
• Wisdom Saving Throw is a check that determines how well a character can resist effects that charm, frighten, or otherwise assault willpower.

How to Increase Wisdom Saving Throw

• Increasing Wisdom ability bonus also increases Intelligence Saving Throw
• The following Classes have Wisdom Saving Throw Proficiency as a class feature:
  • Cleric
  • Paladin
  • Wizard
• The following Features and Feats provide bonuses to Wisdom Saving Throw:
  
  • Aura of Protection (Paladin class) - bonus up to +5, applies to all nearby allies including source character
  • Brave (Halfling race) - advantage against being Frightened
  • Channel Divinity: Force of Law (Law Domain subclass of Cleric class) - disadvantage on saving throw against attack spell
  • Creed of Maraike (feat) - grants Proficiency or bonus +1, also increases Wisdom which in turn might give an extra bonus
  • Fey Ancestry (Elf and High-Elf races) - advantage against Charm, immunity to magical sleep
  • Herald of Battle (Battle Domain subclass of Cleric class) - bonus +1, only applies to nearby allies (excluding source character)
  • Lucky (Halfling race) - when rolls a "natural 1" (on the dice), rerolls and uses the new roll.

• Characters which rely on Wisdom for spellcasting or skills are usually built with high Wisdom ability bonus, which by extension benefins Wisdom Saving Throw
• Wisdom Saving Throw is often used on higfher levels against effects of enchantment and illusion spells which apply crowd control and deal psychic damage
