Where to Find Primed Shortsword

• Purchased from Heddlon Surespell in Caer Cyflen for 33 .
• Your status with the Arcaneum must be "Alliance" for this item to be available for purchase.
• During the Caer Lem (Quest),  a Primed Shortsword can be found after escaping to the caves going past the Rotating Bridge. Soon after you will come across a battle sequence against the Soraks. There will be a chance to obtain a Primed Shortsword as a dropped item after completing the battle.
