Maraike is a Deity in Solasta: Crown of the Magister. Deity is a character feature that is presented to the Cleric and Paladin Classes during Character Customization. Choosing a deity for the player's character is like selecting the believes that your character follows. Selecting a Deity changes the type of alignment for your character, but in the Cleric class, each Deity also consists of various Divine Domain (Subclasses) that you can choose to obtain more Features for the character.
The goddess of life and death, the patron of healers and embalmers, and the embodiment of universal duality. Traditionally, she is Arun's wife. Her cult consists of two orders:
The Order of Life Regnant travels the land as healers and defenders. They worship the healing, motherly aspect of Maraike.
The Order of Oblivion is an order of avengers and embalmers. Where evil tries to prevent the cycle of life and death, the Order ensures that the culprits are dealth with, and their undead victims returned to rest.

Divine Domain Features
Life Domain
Level 1
- Bonus Proficiency: Proficient with Heavy Armor.
- Disciple of Life: When casting a healing spell, the target regains addition HP equal to (2 x spell level).
- Life Domain Spells: In your list and always prepared.
- Level 1: Bless, Cure Wounds
- Level 3: Lesser Restoration, Spiritual Weapon
- Level 5: Revivify, Mass Healing Word
Level 2
- Channel Divinity: Preserve Life: Restore Hit Points (5 x Cleric level) to one or more allies within 6 cells, up to half their hit point maximum.
Level 6
- Blessed Healer: When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature other than yourself, you regain hit points equal to (2 x spell level)
Oblivion Domain
Level 1
- Bonus Cantrip: Chill Touch
- Gate Keeper: As long as you are conscious, you and your fellow party members within 6 cells have an advantage on death saving throws.
- Oblivion Domain Spells: In your list and always prepared.
- Level 1: Sleep, Inflict Wounds
- Level 3: Blindness, Ray of Enfeeblement
- Level 5: Vampiric Touch, Fear
Level 2
- Channel Divinity: Herald of Pain: Channel Divinity to cause pain to enemies within 6 cells. Enemies failing a Wisdom save receive 1d8 necrotic damage and are poisoned.
- Peaceful Rest: While camping, reduces the chances of being attacked and prevents from being surprised.
Level 6
- Strike of Oblivion: +1d6 necrotic damage on your first attack of your turn.
