Flaming Sphere is a Spell in Solasta: Crown of the Magister. Flaming Sphere is a Level 2 Spell. Spells can be cast by any Class that has Spellcasting, but not all Classes can cast every Spell. This is listed as a war spell for shock arcanist, but my character isn't rolling 3d6 for it's damage.
Same here: Shock Arcanist using Flaming Sphere and rolling only 2d6 after July 13 patch.
